I apologize to all who tried to leave a comment previously. I'm still learning and today learned that I had settings set so that those who wanted to leave a comment had to be a blogger member. I believe I have now updated that so you should more easily be able to comment w/o becoming a member of blogger. Just click on the comments icon below the post - you can also have "a reaction" to my posts now - hopefully not hives! I look forward to more feedback. Because, if a tree falls in the forest...

Hi Jan, Tried leaving a message before but couldn't without signing up. Thanks for the shout out about our sale. We had a good weekend. Really enjoyed reading through your blog. This is my first time at a blog site so I really know nothing about it. I checked out the "our story" web site and listened to a few of the excerpts. They are really inspiring to hear and would like to hear your interview sometime. Love the idea that your dog has a walking stick. She looks a lot like a dog we had when I was growing up. Her name was Nikki and she was a husky mix. She would chase the car for the two mile dirt road trip from our house to my Dads business and keep up with the car. We would try to secure her or go when she was unaware but she would often get loose and next thing we know she is running next to the car. Thanks for all your volunteer work. I sure hope we never need the services of life lite but it sure is nice to know it is there. Have a great Thanksgiving. Sue
Thanks Sue! Audience participation finally! It is wonderful!
Thank you for making the wonderful gifts I came home with and the great deals you offered on them. I was showing my husband my purchases this morning and I'm hoping I'm able to part with that beautiful mug. But I will. It's a gift for a dear friend. I still have several of your Mountain Lake mugs that I use for my tea and hot chocolate. I'm glad you had a good weekend. You and Terry create such wonderful works of art.
I will bring you a copy of my StoryCorps interview. I've made tons of copies and I'm surprised I haven't gotten one to you yet. I will.
You have a wonderful Thanksgiving too!
