Godspeed to my friend Doug! He is on a spiritual journey to Brazil to see John of God. I'm praying that he will find a miracle there. Doug has been diagnosed with Lou Gehrig's Disease.
I've heard that Doug is having a very positive experience in Brazil. He is feeling that he is where he was meant to be and everyone is very kind and the love is flowing. I am fascinated by his journey. I admire his bravery for taking such an arduous trip given the symptoms he is dealing with. I'm happy he had the faith to do it and pray for a miracle for Doug. God bless and watch over Doug!

Today's Friday Joke

It's Friday! We can all use a laugh. Sadly, this week it's an obit for a famed character that caught my fancy. R.I.P. Dough Boy
Veteran Pillsbury spokesman Pop N. Fresh died yesterday of a severe yeast infection. He was 71. Known to friends as Brown-n-Serve, Fresh was an avid gardener and tennis player. Fresh was buried in one of the largest funeral ceremonies in recent years. Dozens of celebrities turned out including Mrs. Butterworth, the California Raisins, Hungry Jack, Aunt Jemima, Betty Crocker, the Hostess Twinkies, and Skippy. The graveside was piled high with flours as longtime friend Aunt Jemima delivered the eulogy, describing Fresh as a man who "never knew how much he was kneaded." Fresh rose quickly in show business, but his later life was filled with many turnovers. He was not considered a very smart cookie, wasting much of his dough on half-baked schemes -- conned by those who buttered him up. Still, even as a crusty old man, he was a roll model for millions. Fresh is survived by his second wife. They have two children and another bun in the oven. The funeral was held at 350 for about 20 minutes.

Worth 1000 words!

I'm not inspired these days to write much so I've decided to hunt through some of my favorite photos to keep this "blob" current. Writing will return... but for now enjoy one of my all time favs - my favorite spot to take pics of the grandkids is our stairs. They also get to play on the stairs at my house. I've always let them go up as high on the stairs as their age. BEP is almost at the top now but there was a time...
Don't you love the red cowboy boots?

Time to buy a membership in AAA!!!!!
In all the years I have known David, he and I have never had a car towed in for service. Until this week....both of ours ended up on the hook.
Monday on his way to work, his quit and he had to hitchhike in to work and call a wrecker to pick up his truck. Fuel pump shot. He did get ride in about 2 minutes of waiting. A nice man from Peru picked him up and drove him to the door of work.
Today I was on my way to my grandkids' elementary school for their Cabin Fever event and I hear a noise and my truck almost veared into the other lane with car coming my way. Yikes. Luckily I wrestled it back and coasted to a stop. Got out and saw my left front wheel leaning over. Crap. Broken ball joint and possible axle damage. Called David and he came and we went to our local tow truck operator who went over and brought my poor old truck home for me. David went off to buy parts and will hopefully have me back on the road in a couple of days.
I'm glad it happened today and not the other day when I was taking my Dad to his doc appointment. I was lucky only to be going about 30 mph when it broke. But for the grace of God... Luckily Coco The Garage Dog is on the job!

Guess I better head to the AAA website now and invest in a membership....hopefully we won't need it but....sheesh.
BEP and Jenna are going to a dance at school tonight - they have had a busy and fun day. Hopefully, Cris will take some pics for me.

Happy Birthday to my dear friend Ione!!!! (pronounced Iona) My sisters Theresa and Mary joined me and Ione at bingo last night to celebrate Ione's 95th birthday! We did not win but we had fun and enjoyed spending the time with Ione and giving her a ride home at the end of the evening.
I first met her last year at bingo when she celebrated her 94th birthday at the K of C. They had cupcakes for her and everyone sang Happy Birthday. I bought a 50/50 raffle ticket at intermission and told the man selling it to give it to Ione from me. She came over and said, "Thank you, I don't even know you, that is so nice." I introduced myself and we became good friends. This fall I saw her and she told me she was going to miss going to bingo as her friend that usually brings her was heading to Florida for the winter. I told her I would be happy to give her ride when I can. So every couple of weeks, her "boy" (my age) brings her to bingo and I give her a ride home.
Ione is a sweet lady who worked hard all her life. She worked at a local restaurant for 32 years and also did lots of cleaning, ironing, childcare. She says she never liked tending bar, as she doesn't like drinking. She never smoked either.
She had us laughing and a bit horrified when she told us her "boy" took her ladder away so she wouldn't get hurt cleaning the tops of her cupboards and things. But, she climbs on a chair and stands on her counter instead. She warned us against trying to put a chair on the couch and standing on that. She tried it and assured us, "That doesn't work, I tried it. " She likes to shovel her paths to her birdfeeder and walkways still.
She calls me often to check on me and my dad. If the roads are slippery, she always wants me to call her when I get home. She is a sweetheart and may God bless Ione!!! I was so happy to share her 95th birthday with her and my sisters.
BTW, she won $48 on that 50/50 ticket I bought her last year. I was so happy and everyone in the hall applauded her win too. No wins last night but we sure had fun with Ione! She went home with candy, flowers, cards, money and more from her friends at bingo.

Here's my sister Mary with her favorite 2007 Christmas present. She had asked for it for Mother's Day but Jim forgot. And yes, she uses it! She splits cords of firewood to keep the homefire burning. Stalkers beware! You don't want to mess with Mary!
Come to visit us with your splitting maul. I need some of our big chunks of oak split up!

Godspeed to our new president. His eloquence was a joy to watch today. It is nice to see how many are united in cheering on our new president. Our future depends on his success and we, of course, have to share the burden to make that future brighter. I think we can do it.
His tribute to our military and veterans really moved me and his calling on all of us to "find meaning in something greater than ourselves" had me jotting that down. It is how I try to live, as much as I can. I'll continue that path as when you give to others, you get much in return.
From the President's address today:
"As we consider the road that unfolds before us, we remember with humble gratitude those brave Americans who, at this very hour, patrol far-off deserts and distant mountains. They have something to tell us today, just as the fallen heroes who lie in Arlington whisper through the ages. We honor them not only because they are guardians of our liberty, but because they embody the spirit of service; a willingness to find meaning in something greater than themselves. And yet, at this moment -- a moment that will define a generation -- it is precisely this spirit that must inhabit us all."
Thanks to the Associated Press for the pic above. Hopefully they won't sue me since I gave them credit. They wouldn't get much if they did anyway. I chose this pic probably because I love cars and remember riding with my parents a lot when I was little. What a ride the Obama girls are going to have! But hey, I got to go to Clare and Carl's for cheeseburgers and chocolate milk in my Dad's Cadillac. Life was good!
David and Coco are busy with the latest project. David needs a project always - he can't just sit around. He spent 5 years restoring a 1969 Camaro - when that was done - he was lost. So he wanted to buy an old Chevy truck to restore. He is sick of complicated vehicles and their computer systems and he was also not happy that Chevy is no longer offering trucks with standard transmissions. So he is going back to basic and this fall found a "deal" on a truck he had seen parked in a field for quite some time. He was able to sell an old Triumph motorcycle that needed motor work to his buddy Tom to get the cash to buy the truck and now he spends his evenings happy in the garage. Coco loves going to the garage every night with him and has room to run around chasing her toys. She even caught a mouse the other night in the back of the garage. Where was the garage cat, Miss Kitty???, Coco put her to shame.

I called my sister Mary this morning, as I do every morning. She was not home. Jim said she was climbing Black Bear Mtn. She and her friend Dawn do a fair amount of climbing at all times of year - but I think this is her first of '09. Black Bear Mtn. is between Inlet and Eagle Bay.
This pic she sent me was taken last year but doesn't matter 'cause the view is the same and today was snowier with less visibility. Mary says, "I've climbed it all seasons but winter is the best! Atop Black Bear you have a 360 degree view and Raquette, 7th, 4th lakes and more are visible. It is about a 1 1/2 hour hike up and a bit faster down...if the trail is packed. Last year Dawn and I hiked it and the first mile was packed as it goes along a snowmobile trail but the last 1.2 miles we had to break trail in over 1' of snow!! Took a bit longer...two hours up but down was easier at about 1 hr 25 min. No place on earth like the top of a mountain!!"

Oh, I did catch up with her by phone in the late afternoon. She had made it home and was sitting enjoying a cold beer, complaining of a bit of soreness from her day. Understandable, as after she got home from climbing the mountain, she says she helped Jim shovel roofs. Now, she will be in good shape to use her splitting maul when Jim has his load of firewood delivered.

Everyone must be reading or sleeping today. The phone has been quiet. I've had little traffic to the "blob" and no email from my posse. I hope everyone is having a lovely weekend. I did my taxes this morning - that was kind of lovely as we have a refund coming.
I received a wonderful note in the US Postal Service mail from my dear pal Holly. She writes the most wonderful letters and notes and they are always decorated with great stickers. She's a rarity these days. Not many letters grace my box. It's always a special day when Holly writes.
She wrote to tell me how she is enjoying my "blob!" It's so nice to hear from my readers - sometimes I wonder if anyone is reading this. But she gave me encouragement to write more and post more photos. So thanks Holly! I miss you (and your baked goods) and I'll write with pen, paper and stickers soon! Here's another of my favorite pics just for you!
I woke up this morning and opened the blinds to a gray sky. A cloudy day always reminds me of a black and white picture, I love lying in bed watching the snow on the trees. However, I'm already looking forward to spring! Last night was supposedly our last -20 night for a while.
I found this pic - one of my all time favorites. Bailey was just a baby and I had bought my mother one of her favorite plants for Mothers Day - a Martha Washington geranium.
Today, it brings us a little color and makes me look forward to buying myself a Martha Washington for my Mother's Day celebration. I'll do it in memory of my mom. I'll get a new pic of Bailey with it.

It's Friday
Nice refreshing morning in the Adirondacks! Our digital thermometer read -36 when I got up to put wood in the stove at 7:30 am - the regular thermometer read -24 - - it gets that cold who cares which is right. 82 in the kitchen is what works for me.
I hope everyone has a safe and warm weekend. I've sent out my Friday joke to my joke posse and I thought you might want to check it out too. Busy days with nurses, PTs, OTs and home health aides parading through. It's so nice to have all this help with my Dad. The Essex County nursing program has been great for us and happily they will be discharging my Dad from their care next week. He's lots better and continues to get stronger.
Oh yeah, the jokes!
Once upon a time in the kingdom of Heaven, God was missing for six days. Eventually, Michael the archangel found him, resting on the seventh day.He inquired of God. "Where have you been?" God signed a deep sigh of satisfaction and proudly pointed downwards through the clouds, "Look, Michael, look what I've made."Archangel Michael looked puzzled and said, "What is it?""It's a planet," replied God, "and I've put Life on it.I'm going to call it Earth and it's going to be a great place of balance." "Balance?" inquired Michael, still confused. God explained, pointing to different parts of earth. "For example, New York City will be a place of great opportunity and wealth. While Upstate NY is going to be poor."God continued pointing to different locations. "This one will be extremely hot, while this one will be very cold and covered in ice." The Archangel, impressed by God's work, the pointed to a land mass and, "What's that one?" "Ah," said God. "That's ADIRONDACKS, the most glorious place on earth. There are beautiful lakes, rivers, streams, hills, and forests. The people from ADIRONDACKS are going to be handsome, modest, intelligent and humorous, and they are going to be found traveling the world. They will be extremely sociable, hardworking and high achieving and they will be known throughout the world as diplomats and carriers of peace." Michael gasped in wonder and admiration but then proclaimed,"What about balance, God? You said there would be balance!!!"God replied wisely, "Wait until you see the idiots I put in Albany."
Thanks to John for forwarding the following from Meredith to me...
Two little kids are in a hospital, lying on beds next to each other, outside the operating room. The first kid leans over and asks, "What are you in here for?"The second kid says, "I'm in here to get my tonsils out and I'm a little nervous." The first kid says, "You've got nothing to worry about. I had that done when I was four. They put you to sleep, and when you wake up they give you lots of Jell-O and ice-cream. It's a breeze."The second kid then asks, "What are you here for?"The first kid says, "A circumcision."And the second kid says, "Whoa, Good luck, buddy, I had that done when I was born... Couldn't walk for a year!!!

I've often thought it would be interesting (to me at least) to make a list of all the concerts/shows etc I have seen. This is going to make my brain work in overdrive. I'm sure it will be a work in progress for a long time to come. There's been many. I've been very fortunate in having enough income for most of my adult life to pursue a bit of travel and leisure. Not rich but certainly blessed with enough to pay the bills and have some fun. That's a darn good thing these days.
That's changed a bit now. Income is about 1/3 of what it used to be so I'm glad I had a good time while it lasted! I'm still quite content and blessed with a good life. No complaints.
Now post your concerts!!!! I want to see who you have seen. I understand that you won't spend the time I have compiling a total list but perhaps you can list your highlights to share.
So, anyway...those shows/concerts.
The first major one I remember is The Who at Saratoga in 1971
Chicago (Saratoga)
Supertramp/Jean Luc Ponty (Jarry Park Montreal)
The Kinks (Plattsburgh Field House)
Talking Heads (Plattsburgh Field House)
Robin Williams (Plattsburgh Field House)
David Johansen (Plattsburgh Field House) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Johansen
Talking Heads/Peter Tosh/The Police/Stevie Ray Vaughan (Olympic Stadium Montreal)
Jethro Tull (The Forum Montreal)
Neil Young (Saratoga x2) (Molson Arena Montreal)
Stevie Ray Vaughan/Joe Cocker (Essex Jct VT) I made a WIZN banner for this show and won the complete Joe Cocker collection. Sadly SRV died shortly after this show.
Neil Diamond (Nassau Coliseum, Buffalo and Caroline Rhea Show)
Buddy Guy (VT x2 and Montreal
Bryan White/Vince Gill (Essex Jct VT)
Blind Boys of Alabama/John Hammond (The Flynn Burlington VT)
Shania Twain (Lake Placid $10 ticket when she kicked off world tour - we got upgraded to front row! - saw her in Albany - won tix from radio station)
Alan Jackson (Lake Placid - M-A won tix from Ch 5 - complete with limo ride, tour of Alan's bus and front row tix - she took me with her - thanks pal - another highlight)
Nashville Trip went to Fan Fair/Grand Ole Opry/Always Patsy Cline at the Ryman - saws ton of artists and attended fan club parties (Bryan White/Trace Adkins). Three or four days of music and fun - one the highlights of all time and shared it all with my pal M-A. I can't even begin to list all the artists we saw. We saw almost everybody! BR5-49 played in the Opry Parking lot with Junior Brown one night - that was way cool.
Alison Krauss & Union Station (countless times I've seen them in Burlington at Flynn Theatre and took my pals Sheila, M-A and Steph out back to meet the band and Dan's Mom - what good times!)
Delbert McClinton (David and I went to Montreal Jazz Fest to see him and talked to him for a bit after the show)
Broadway Shows
Jersey Boys with Original Broadway Cast - Tony award winner and my pal John Lloyd Young starring as Frankie Valli Lucky, lucky me - saw it twice!
Mama Mia
Cabaret
Chicago
Altar Boyz
The Lion King

I think we saw The Pretenders perform on Caroline Rhea the first show of hers we went to. Mary will remember.
Well, like I said, this is going to have to be a work in progress. I'll update it as time goes on - I need to look at my cd collection to spark some memories....
Lawlessness and DisOrder CSI
It was a dark and stormy night (actually a sunny afternoon but that just doesn't cut it) and I walked into my living room after a game of Skip-Bo or two with my dad - we are tied one-one. The living room had an odor, not unpleasant, and it looked like someone had the stuffing kicked out of them. All over my rug and from one end of the room to the other, balsam needles. Lying fatally injured was my beautiful red pine cone pillow sham, purchased years ago in Keene, NY at a Festival of Life event for North Country Life Flight. This was my first association with that fine organization, little did I know that they would wing their way over the Adirondacks to fly me one day. The front of the pillow sham is intact, the culprit (born in Alabama) sliced the black velvet black to release the tender balsam and then shook it all over while I unaware got beat in Skip Bo. Crime scene photos follow. The perpetrator has been caught but goes unpunished. She wouldn't know what I was talking about if I scolded her now. I have to learn to not leave things at dog beak range. Some good came out of this caper - my vacuum cleaner smells wonderful now. Thanks Coco!

Happy Birthday Melissa!!!
I want to wish all things wonderful to Melissa - my friend, mentor, former boss and yes, fellow ground team volunteer for North Country Life Flight, on her birthday today. Melissa covers a lot of ground in her travels but I'm happy to have her as part of our ground team and I know we can rely on her for great advice and ideas. We had lost touch over the years but got reconnected in 2008 and it means the world to me. Good luck in all your pursuits Melissa! I know you will enjoy every minute!
Here's a birthday "bouquet" - a photo of my dad's flower garden. I can't wait to put him to work this spring in my yard!

It's Friday!
Anyone who knows me, knows I like to stay in touch! Understatement of the year....
But I decided last year that some of my hard-working pals could use a laugh now and then and I began to search out a joke or two to send out to them every Friday. As people learn of it, the list is growing and I sometimes work quite hard to find a suitable joke. I try to keep it clean, although sometimes it might be a bit suggestive... Folks seem to enjoy it and have begun sending me jokes back. Here's a couple I sent out today to my Friday friends, wishing them a safe and restful weekend and reminding them to "enjoy every minute!" Thanks to my pal Darlynn for sending the jokes for this week.
A priest, a rabbi and a minister decided to see who’s best at this job. So they each go into the woods, find a bear and attempt to convert it. Later they get together. The priest begins. "When I found the bear, I read to him form the Catechism and sprinkled him with holy water. Next week is his First Communion."
"I fond a bear by the stream," says the minister, "and preached God’s holy word. The bear was so mesmerized that he let me baptize him."
They both turn to the rabbi, who is wrapped in a body cast. "Looking back," he says, "maybe I shouldn’t have started with circumcision.
A French doctor says 'Medicine in my country is so advanced that we can take a kidney out of one man, put it in another, and have him looking for work in six weeks.'A German doctor says 'That is nothing; we can take a lung out of one person, put it in another, and have him looking for work in four weeks.'The Russian doctor says 'In my country, medicine is so advanced that we can take half a heart out of one person, put it in another, and have them both looking for work in two weeks.'An American Texas doctor, not to be outdone, says 'You guys are way behind, we recently took a man with no brains out of Texas, put him in the White House for eight years, and now half the country is looking for work.'

Congratulations to my BFF Diane Hawksby! She won the Mary M. Zannis Scholarship 2008 from the New York Health Information Management Association. The Hawk and I worked together for more than 20 years at Plattsburgh PBS station. Oddly enough, we both had studied to be medical secretaries and found ourselves working in TV instead. Hawk went on to study Health Information Management and now is the Queen B at a pediatrician's office. Which makes me chuckle to no end as working with little children was not one of her favorite things when we worked together. Of course as the business manager, her contact with the kiddies is limited. But now we are both in the medical field; me through my volunteer work with North Country Life Flight. We've come full circle. Way to go Hawks! I wish you continued success in your academic and professional pursuits. Hawks makes one great tortiere too and I was fortunate to have one of them grace my table for the holidays. Merci mon Ami! Hope that is proper French! It's been awhile since my French classes. Hawks is the young "girl" on the right.
Curl Up With a Book
Another favorite book I've posted (even though I have yet to read it) is Fat Cat - The Danish Folktale. My dad's PT told me about the book after seeing our fat cat Jesse. In the folktale, the Fat Cat eats 35 pies, then moves on to eating people, a mouse and her sewing supplies. The mouse cuts her way out his tummy and all the people come out. Cat learns a lesson. Sounded like my kind of story and one my grandkids would enjoy.
My dad's PT said she always enjoyed reading it with her kids - it was their favorite. Maybe our local library can get me a copy. I'll try it.
I'm also reading Shoot the Moon - loaned to me by my pal MJ. I think the sheriff is the killer, but sloshing through it and I won't know for a while. What are you reading these days? Great weather for books. I went to the library today but just picked up a few magazines since I have Shoot the Moon and a la Cart to enjoy for now.
I just gave my hiker sister a copy of Bill Bryson's A Walk in the Woods: Rediscovering America on the Appalachian Trail. It's a very funny book and I think she will enjoy that one.

Coors and Oreos
Over to your right you will see my favorites on Amazon.com and today's favorite is a book I bought myself for Christmas. I had heard an interview with the author Hillary Carlip on NPR and was fascinated with her book theme. Hillary finds shopping lists abandoned in grocery stores and uses them to make up stories about the shopper. In her book she takes on the persona of 26 different people and dresses up as she imagines they would, photos are included. It's the type of thing that captures my imagination too. I always wanted to see the exhibit at the New York State Museum of suitcases found in storage of NYS insane asylums. I like getting different types of glimpses into people's lives. Hillary's book a' la Cart: The Secret Lies of Grocery Shoppers certainly does that for us. Should you wish to purchase the book, keep in mind if you go to Amazon through my "blob" link, I get paid. I'm on my way to internet tycoonship... You can visit Hillary's website at http://www.alacartthebook.com/
Snowing, rain, sleet in the Adirondacks today. We have had it all. I was disappointed with this weather today. Tonight I was to accompany MJ of North Country Life Flight to a presentation to the Ausable Forks Rotary Club. They cancelled the meeting due to slippery roads so hopefully we can do that another time. I like getting out of the house when I can and miss my buds at NCLF.

Coco TV
I found a way to keep Coco entertained. Cost me about $20 for a bag of black oil sunflower seed - boy has that stuff gone up in price. But, worth it, as I sprinkle some outside the window and she gets to watch the show. And thankfully, she doesn't bark at them, just looks. For some reason gray squirrels make her whimper but the red squirrel - she just watches.
I can only use the seed this time of year - have to stop in March as raccoons begin to visit and I don't want to encourage them.
Nice time to point out my husband's handiwork. Those oak windowcases were boards he planed himself and cut and designed. And he hates woodworking. I'm glad he built our house before he discovered that.
Now I find that if I click on some of the photos in my blog they enlarge - others don't. Not sure why that is but this one enlarges. Further study needed.

BFF
I had a wonderful lunch at Karma, Plattsburgh's Indian restaurant today. Good friends, good food. It was a great gathering. Karma has a wonderful buffet that they are offering on Sundays this month for only $6.95 just to get people to try them out. Usual cost is $11.95 . We ate the most wonderful things, lots of curried dishes, veggies, Basmati rice, lentils, chicken (the curried coconut variety was heavenly) and more. Be sure to order "nan," a basket of their wonderful bread - costs extra but worth every penny. http://www.karmaplattsburgh.com/
My friend the Hawk told us about this wonderful story she saw on the CBS Sunday Morning show today and I searched it out. For your viewing pleasure. It warms your heart. Enjoy! You do have to watch a little CBS promo first but it's only 30 seconds.

Pilots and Paws
I saw a neat news story on NBC's "Today" this morning about the program Pilots and Paws. It touched my heart and made me think of my own little rescued dog Coco who was brought from a "high kill" shelter in Alabama to Maine (not sure if she flew or rode up in a Coupe de Ville) where I found her.
It's a wonderful program that allows those with the means and a love of flying and animals to help save animals and help them find a new home. Check out their website. It's a sweet story. There are so many ways to make the world a better place. This is one of them.

Happy 2009! A cold day in the Adirondacks today - about 10F was as high as the temp climbed but my house...90F in the kitchen with the woodstove going. I almost passed out from the heat and had to keep opening doors and windows and walking out on the porch. I had stuff cooking n the stovetop and the oven going too to make my chicken pot pie - a dish my Mom used to make for us. It came out quite comparable I must say. Easy as pie to make:
Stew a chicken with some onion to make lots of broth.
When meat falls off bone, pick all the meat off and put back in pot. I think I left the rest of the carcass in bag on porch to draw coyotes tonight - oops.
Peel as much potatoes and carrots as you need (actually my 93 year old dad peeled the potatoes again) put the carrots in first to cook for 20-30 min. add the potatoes and I threw in some peas too (they look a little unappetizing in the picture I took but hey they were good). Once all that is cooked and simmering well, make it turn into gravy - mix or flour/water your choice. Then I mixed up a double batch of Jiffy Baking Mix biscuits and spooned that onto the boiling stew. Now you have two choices here, I heated the oven to 400 and put the pot in the oven to cook the biscuits. You can cover the pot and cook for 15-20 min and you will have dumplings on your stew instead of biscuits. But for pot pie I wanted a nicely brown biscuit topping. It was very yummy.
My daughter and her girls came over - we ate well and did I take any pictures? No, and we celebrated our belated Christmas today. But wait, I did take one picture. Of my dang pot pie. Oh well. Happy New Year. I did get beautiful pics of my grandgirls in a nice frame as one of my gifts. They both took a great school pic this year.
We played with their Wii after supper. I could not get those movements going and got beat badly by little kids. My dog wanted to play too and kept barking and jumping on me. Maybe that's why I lost. It's Coco's fault. I think someone should invent Wii games for dogs. They would make a mint. You watch...it's the next big thing. You read it here.
